Crystal Soil Tips
Posted on December 28th, 2009 No commentsCrystal Soil is best placed in wide vases. The wider the vases the more fully formed the crystal soil will be. vases which are narrower will cause the crystals to look watery or deformed in their vases. Use square vases or circular vases but that are wide and not narrow.Keep Crystal Soil away from direct sunlight as this will shorten their life span and may discolour them
Keep crystal Soil completely immersed throughout the hydrating process. More water is better than less
If crystal Soil is hydrated in hot water it will form fully and in half the time.
Wash crystal Soil and drain when they get cloudy or dusty
Soak Crystal Soil in water for about 2 to 3 hours when they reach half their size or when the plant or flower can no longer be supported by the crystal soil
Layer or mix colours for stunning effects. When layering hydrate colours separately.
Crystal Soil will not hurt your children or pets as it is 100% non-toxic and biodegradable.
